Organizational Growth I have executive and leadership experience leading organizations and teams with budgets of $100K-$20M across different geographic zones. In my role as Executive Director at NAASR, I strengthened the foundation for future growth by raising $2.3M through grants and engaging new funders and by professionalizing management practices. At Oxfam America, I partnered with HR and Finance to implement programs in six countries aligning their priorities with the overall organizational strategy. I strengthened the impact measurement practices resulted in consistent data collection and analysis for informed decision making. Trained as interim executive director, I bring a methodical and transformational approach to help nonprofit organizations during leadership transition focused on capacity development. Organizational Learning, Facilitation and Training Passionate about enabling individuals and teams to thrive and perform at their highest potential, I institutionalized a culture of continuous learning at Oxfam America and across other Oxfams through practices such as after-action-reviews, case studies, cross-regional exchanges, and real time evaluation of Oxfams’ joint operations in early phase of emergency responses. Pioneered a simulation exercise for emergency leadership skill building. Fostering a culture of collaboration, I championed a cross-Oxfams team to develop common standards for quality of joint programs which later became a model for other thematic fields.I designed and facilitated meetings that brought together various stakeholders from the Headquarters and regions for consensus building on goals and strategies. Using adult learning methodologies, I conducted numerous workshops and training for staff across organizations globally.
