Support the Chief Impact and Inclusion Officer (CIIO), Inclusion Council, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in the development, planning, and execution of initiatives designed to enhance and inclusive and welcome workplace- Lead execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events to support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), including leading communications, logistics, and day-of support- Manage Talent Management programs including the early career rotational program, summer internship program, and co-op program- Serve as the primary point of contact for Glenmede\'s volunteer events and special giving efforts, recommending events and volunteer opportunities which align with both Glenmede\'s Impact & Inclusion strategy and business needs- Assist in measuring and improving employee engagement through surveys and focus groups and establish and track key performance indicators.
