Production Planning, Management, & Execution: Planning- Develop, monitor and apply content production budget, providing recommendations to leadership for optimizing budget- Ensure Content KPI requirements are provided into Marketing management to track content performance - particularly customer engagement- Guided by the Content Calendar schedule, take Key Stories from the Buying team to; Define the photoshoot concept and goals, Develop the concept moodboards to visualize creative direction, Agree content requirements (e.g. BTS video clips) and shot list Management- Taking ownership for overall logistical requirements for photo and/or video shoots- Lead story and set design, guiding lighting requirements Execution- Provide on-set production support to ensure models are styled according to Andrews Brand Voice- Guide photography and videography Post-Production - Provide guidance during post-production to team members to ensure photography and video editing is brand-aligned, assisting with editing cover, where required - Regularly collect feedback from business management and leadership to ensure content is aligned to Andrews - Regularly review marketing reporting to understand content performance with customers– e.g. performance comparisons between different Key Stories, Andrews produced content vs Vendors, and customer engagementVendor Assets Content Editor- For Ecommerce Photography and Videography, establish a process to; identify vendor photography which require light image editing (e.g. backdrop change, SKU colour changes and other significant editing or image creation), identify vendor videography which require light editing – e.g. shortening video to contain activation-relevant product- Apply Photoshop editing, ensuring vendor assets are publish-ready and communicating to Ecommerce Specialist once assets are ready.
