Manage and independently conduct investigations into allegations of misconduct including fraud, harassment, data privacy, conflicts of interest, insider trading, retaliation, and regulatory violations- Serve as a confidential, non-retaliatory point of contact for employees and partners seeking guidance on ethical and compliance matters- Develop investigation strategies, conduct interviews, analyze evidence, document findings, and present executive-level reports and recommendations- Lead discipline and resolution processes for substantiated cases, ensuring fairness, consistency, and legal defensibility- Partner with Legal, Risk Management, HR (People Team), and Information Security to resolve complex compliance matters- Perform root-cause analysis and identify control gaps, compliance risks, and systemic issues; design and implement corrective actions and policy improvements- Deliver firmwide ethics and compliance training and awareness programs in collaboration with Learning & Development and Communications teams- Analyze trends in ethics and compliance data and produce insights and dashboards for leadership to support proactive risk management- Support cross-border teams and senior leaders by providing clear, practical guidance on firm policies, regulations, and ethical decision-making.
