Accountable to the PSA Development Manager and Snr Manager Well Engineering, I led the PSA (Production Sharing Agreement) license wells scope i.e. 13 wells (7 x long horizontals, 3 x vertical wells and 3 x workovers) through FID- Timeously met an aggressive schedule to produce functionally reviewed and assured well time and cost estimates for FID, with limited resources- Prepared all required project documentation to pass project through Value Assurance Review for FID- Provided wells scope input to the board submission for FID- Lead the Integration of subsurface requirements with well delivery, civils and surface facilities to ensure project deliverables are met- Provide TCM and MCM wells scope updates to the regulator and NOC as the PSA Wells Lead and focal point- Planned and executed PSA oil & gas horizontal wells- Produced independently and externally assured Drilling Programmes in accordance with Well Delivery Process to ensure quality wells are delivered safely and on time.
