As a project manager at bp pulse I am involved in the planning, monitoring, controlling, execution and closing projects all the while ensuring the project is delivered on time, within the budget across the commercial and public sectors covering the UK.Duties:• Plan and execute installations starting from project start up meeting to final handover. • Provide up to date project notes. • Arrange site visit and/or survey when required.• Select subcontractor and ensue costs are in line with project budget. • Plan charger delivery. • Accurate forecasting of project timeline for senior management allowing for accurate revenue updates• Engage with clients and subcontractors periodically throughout the planning process to maintain control of the project. • Prepare and submit H&S pack for approval in line with CDM regulations and client requirements. Achievements:• First Female PM in the team • Banked 1.1 million 2023 YTD across forty projects.• Ran two successful site trials for our new smart charger 2023.• Closed over ten historic projects dating back to 2019. • Ran the first installation for Maidenhead Council – 30 chargers for brand new MSCP 2023
