Lead and manage a team of Delivery Project Managers delivering EV charging infrastructure projects across the U.S.* Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and support to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Serve as project manager for complex or high-priority EV charging projects as needed. Oversee feasibility assessments, including technical reviews and 3rd party contractor coordination.* Ensure clear project scope, ownership, and expectations across the team and stakeholders. Support the development and implementation of consistent project management standards and tools.* Identify risks and issues across the project portfolio and proactively implement mitigation strategies.* Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, network, engineering, and construction teams.* Track and report progress to senior leadership, including performance against cost, schedule, and safety KPIs.* Ensure all projects are delivered in accordance with HSSE standards and bp pulse requirements.* Contribute to annual planning, budgeting, and resource forecasting for the delivery portfolio.
