Serving as an Advising Peer Coach in the Business Academic Advising and Career Services office allows me to work in a fast-paced and professional environment daily. I serve as a resource for students to assist them with any scheduling needs within the College of Business. This can include adding and dropping classes, swapping classes, sharing academic resources, and helping them with major and minor selection, among other things. Another crucial part of this role is professional communication with advising staff to make sure that information is accurately presented to students. Being able to help my peers set themselves up for success in their college career is truly rewarding, and I look forward to continuing to serve as a resource for students.
