Analyze tender documents, prepare bids, and RFPs.• Request, follow up, and analyze quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.• Estimating, proposal coordination and closing of assigned RFP’s using companyestimating manuals and custom excel tools.• Perform basic sizing and process requirements for pipe spooling, line heaters, pressure vessels,separator packages and other oil and gas equipments and packages.• Performed material takeoffs from drawings, specifications and other contractdocuments.• Work with and advise management regarding estimates and proposals for assignedRFP’s and identify and mitigate potential risks within the estimation process.• Prepared subcontractor RFQ packages and provide an evaluation of all bids received.• Define the subcontract scope of work, answer inquiries (RFI\'s) and monitor progress.• Performed basic engineering calculations and technical drafting to support fieldoperations.• Assist in preparation of purchase orders and subcontracts, performing solicitationsand purchasing as requested.• Assist with the preparation and tracking of payment requests, invoices and estimates.• Participate in post-bid meetings & review processes.• Assist QCM for inspection of raw materials and consumables (Pipes, Plates, fittings, fillerwires, grinding and cutting wheels etc.) for any visual defects, marking & stamping,dimensional tolerance as per Code and ITP.• Assist QCM for preparation of ITP, technical procedures, PWHT instructions as perclient specifications and ASME Code requirements.• Assist QCM for Fittup inspection of shells, heads, nozzles as per approved drawings, ITP,WPS and ASME code requirements.• Assist QCM to monitor in process and final visual inspection of welds and completedjobs for workmanship and quality requirements.• Assist QCM to coordinate all NDE activities as per ITP compliance requirement.• Contributed to the implementation of the quality control program.
