Given how fast data and technology continue to change, I am at the edge of pushing forward both data-centric innovation and governance. An accomplished executive offering over 2 decades of experience spanning various sectors, I consistently raise the bar in data strategy, governance, and AI Implementation. I am a Senior Director, and Head of Data Governance and Data Management at NTT DATA, driving data initiatives that reshape organizations. Transitioning from leading data systems at scale to influencing a full enterprise data strategy gave me an interesting perspective on utilizing the value of data as a competitive weapon in business. What Sets Me Apart Leading with a Data-First Approach: Introducing data governance across sectors such as Finance, Utilities, Insurance, Retail & Travel has boosted the level of maturity in handling all data assets. In my role as Chief Data Officer, I help organizations create a data strategy aligned with the overall business plan and enable innovation through predictive analytics and AI. Data for Analytics and Operations: You can expect excellence in the area of establishing governance frameworks, quality initiatives and other topics related to data (for example — global taxonomy) from my end. I have deployed MDM solutions for digital and AI innovations, and have led cross-functional governance councils to GDPR/CCPA-compliant approach. Technical Innovation: I transformed how data was handled by designing the most advanced integration solutions. With such tools as Big Data, Snowflake, Azure DW and Databricks we are now blazing a new trail into completely uncharted territory. Not only does this break up old and inflexible data fencing but also turbocharges decision-making, allowing organizations to pull out action- oriented insights faster and in bigger quantities than ever before. AI and Digital Transformation: I guided transformation through AI-driven tech solutions, which helped create new openings by minimizing data debts via AI readiness aligned with EU/NIST/OECD regulations. My cross-industry expertise was strengthened by my experience in the Gas, Electricity, Oil, Treasury, and Insurance industries. This provided a wealth of knowledge covering the implementation and support of physical and financial derivatives solutions. I am committed to helping organizations unlock the power of their data, people, and technology to solve difficult problems and find new areas for growth. My expertise includes creating data-driven cultures, encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration and making data a competitive advantage.
