I’m an international security P&L leader with extensive experience leading teams providing security programmes, client advisory, cyber security, risk management, physical security and business development.My track record includes consulting roles for global security business, Control Risks, motivating teams of up to 50 and advising top-tier clients on security best practice in both high-risk and benign locations.I was also employed in-house by Fox Networks, overseeing security of people, assets and reputation, and successfully ensuring the safety of staff at the World Cup 2018 in Russia.Having qualified with an MSc in Terrorism, Policing & Security, my skillset includes provision of security best practice with leading-edge methodologies and systems, as well as the ability to develop meticulous policies, reports, security plans and procedures.Many of my biggest career achievements so far have come from collaborative partnerships supporting high-profile and senior-level clients, so I am comfortable presenting to management at all levels across different cultures and continents.As a leader, I relish opportunities to build teams and mentor high-potential talent – pitching, planning and delivering large-scale security projects that align complex multi-stakeholder groups who exceed expectations.During my career, I’ve learned the importance of a versatile, flexible approach to crisis management, using lateral thinking and innovative solutions to overcome obstacles and navigate challenging and rapidly evolving situations.Specialities: P&L leadership, security strategy, security programmes, budgets, operations.
