As Country Security Manager for Johnson Matthey in India, I am responsible for implementing and driving Johnson Matthey’s (JM\'s) security culture and strategy for our Indian operations. My responsibilities extend to ensuring alignment with the Group\'s overall strategy, as well as the specific needs of our sector and regional business operations.I am responsible for overseeing the delivery and governance of technical and physical security contracts that support our business operations in India. This includes monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and other performance metrics.I act as a strategic business partner by supporting site management teams and building strong partnerships with stakeholders.I support the delivery of change programs, projects, and new operations for our business units in India. Staying abreast of national risks and security regulations is vital, as I identify significant security risks related to our business operations in India and work on the design and implementation of programs to prevent and reduce asset loss.I lead security investigations at sites in India and ensure that security measures outlined in the Group Security Standards are maintained and delivered through internal and external stakeholders, including third-party staff.I foster close working relationships with site leadership teams, offering security support and business partnering, to develop cost-effective and commercially focused security solutions that align with our organizational objectives.I play a pivotal role in supporting the Group Supply Chain Security program, ensuring the security assurance of third-party warehouses, refiners, processors, and route risk assessments are relevant and effective. My role as Country Security Manager at Johnson Matthey in India encompasses a wide array of responsibilities aimed at safeguarding our operations, people, and assets while aligning security practices with our global and regional strategies.
