Product Ownership of the Salesforce Sales Cloud for the Commercial Finance (COF) Unit within Siemens Financial Services (SFS)- Development, coordination, execution and ongoing review of the global COF CRM Salesforce strategy and budget - Harmonisation of business needs, their translation into CRM requirements and their implementation- Definition of the Business Requirement processes regarding the COF Salesforce platform- Definition and execution of the core elements of the Salesforce CRM adoption plan, including the planning and engagement of required training resources, as well as active participation in the training roll out- Maintenance of a reporting plan and creation and driving of appropriate CRM adoption metrics and status reports for use within COF- Alignment of the COF CRM efforts within the overall SFS and Siemens CRM activities in an effort to harmonise the CRM approaches- Coordination of communications to support the execution and transparency of the COF CRM strategy and associated projects, including the COF CRM Steering Committee and COF Country CRM Champion monthly reporting and engagement calls
