Install GIS MV Switchgear 35KV, GMSG 4160 KV, and WL LV Switchgear. Assemble and install Bus and torque bolts to specs on GIS. Vacuum gas lines on GIS, after 24 hours Injected SF6 gas into switchgear on GIS and made sure it had no leaks. Do a Ductor Test to ensure there are no loose connections Hi-pot A, B, and C phase on GIS switchgear to make sure there is no current leakage. Connect all interconnections according to prints. Turn on 135 VDC power for controls. Do a F.A.T.(Function Acceptance Test). Went through each Feeder, Mains and Tie breakers with their prints to test all trips and faults. Opened and Closed Earth switch, Disconnector, and Breaker using local and remote outputs on Relays to ensure correct function. Worked with SEL 751 and 451 Relays. Test and made sure your Outputs and Inputs were working properly and the Relay was showing it on the screen as well. Made sure your 86 was tripping when it is supposed to. Connect all Ethernet and RS232 and make sure they are plugged in correctly to Ethernet switch and RTAC. Plug in to USB with laptop and connect to software website to view cameras inside the bus and ensure your fingers are making correct contact when opening or closing earth switch and disconnector. Used Acselerator software to connect to RTAC and view if the inputs were low or high. Checked and changed IP address and Subnet Mask on each relay. Did CT testing on all feeder and mains CTs using the Megger Relay/ CT test set to make sure we were getting proper ratio, correct polarity, and your saturation curves and knee points. On WL Switchgear 480V we did interconnections according to prints. Terminated JB inside Transformers to power fans inside transformer. Connected a Suicide Cord to do our F.A.T.(Function Acceptance Test). Made sure your Breakers Charging Motors were working, your open and close lights were working, open and close breakers using the buttons in the front of breaker, rack in and out breakers manually
