B Corp - Establishing the basics for transforming the Group into a Benefit Company, through electronic assessments and internal interviews, the subsequence road to the B Corp certification is getting drawing, motivating the people to change their mindset to this new model of business is my daily and routine job.\\\\n\\\\nKneat - Digital and paperless validation project leader, from paper to electronic records, by using Kneat GX, I am responsible for the team building and the creation of the Validation Engineer department, supporting customers in this new CQV approach and motivating the team to get more confident with this new approach of equipment and process validations.\\\\n\\\\nBlockchain - I am responsible for analyzing the possibilities for the company group to start using the blockchain. It is still in the early stage of this strategic and innovative project; I am in charge of identifying the pros and cons of using business cases\\\\n\\\\nCross-Functional Skills:\\\\n• Be responsible for managing the innovation process inside and outside the organization\\\\n• Identifies strategies business opportunities and new technologies\\\\n• Develops new capabilities and architectures with partners, new business models, and new industry\\\\nstructures to serve those opportunities.\\\\n• Manage the innovation function\\\\n• Manage the interface of the innovation function with the rest of the organization\\\\n• Guarantees the execution of the innovative project and strategies with the allocated resources\\\\n• Sponsor the function into the strategic meetings into the company organization\\\\n• Opens or proposes the opening of new departmental or interdepartmental projects to improve processes and procedures\\\\n• Define the skills, structures, tools and support mechanisms required to deliver the innovative initiatives\\\\n• Lean Manufacturing culture development.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
