I was responsible for ensuring alignment between the business requirements that I captured and development activities, assisted with business change activities to ensure a smooth transition & adoption of new processes and provided recommendations for journey & process streamlining, optimisation and efficiency.Identified and documented process maps to support the registration to certification journey, supporting the transition from as-is to to-be states.Developed features held within the Product backlog to ensure the feature and associated requirements were ‘feature and sprint ready’, enabling the agile team to deliver within planned sprints.
