ABOUT SIMON ATTRILL

I am a people-driven leader, focused on enabling effective strategies for the growth of individuals in an organization. I believe the future belongs to individuals who aspire make a difference to those around them, set aside personal biases and work tirelessly to create environments where everyone feels at home in the organizations they work.My passion for people development has led me to my current focus in Talent Strategy. The teams I lead, develop and implement Talent initiatives for large-scale organizations, across the US and Canada. We look across the entire Talent lifecycle to drive a strong sense of belonging and inclusion, with the goal of delivering equitable opportunity, skill growth and career advancement for our people.Prior to my work in Human Resources, I spent over a decade in Accenture\'s Talent & Organization practice, responsible for managing a growing team of talented individuals focused on the growth of our HR and Transformation business. We brought fresh perspectives to conversations around the Future of Work, Digital Upskilling, Leadership Development, Employee Experience and Complex Transformation.I led Accenture\'s Consulting Development Program in Canada, where we established a home and growth program for all of our graduates who joined our consulting practice. A team of Senior Directors worked with me week-in and week-out to create the best environment and exciting project opportunities for our new Consulting graduates starting out on their career.At the weekends you\'ll find my family and I in the mountains, whether it\'s hiking in Canmore during the summer or teaching our little ones to ski during the winter. And in my spare time I run a sim-racing league and content channel (S1 Racing) which I founded in 2023, where we organize sim-racing events and partner with sponsors to bring new and exciting content to the sim-racing community each week!
