Leading the development, validation, and testing of steer-by-wire and electro-mechanical systems, ensuring cutting-edge automation, safety, and efficiency in next-generation mobility solutions. My role covers the full test development lifecycle, from test facility setup and equipment commissioning to data-driven validation and automation tools.I work hands-on with test rigs, vehicle systems, and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing, ensuring that all test procedures align with ISO26262 safety standards and meet real-world validation requirements. I collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, supporting vehicle integration, component durability, and road load data collection.Key Contributions & Achievements- Designed, built, and launched a new test facility from the ground up, creating a fully operational environment for steer-by-wire validation- Specified, built, and programmed a dynamic steer-by-wire test rig, enabling comprehensive system validation- Acquired and commissioned a steer-by-wire hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test rig, enhancing simulation and validation capabilities- Brought a motor dyno test rig online, leading its ongoing development for advanced testing applications- Developed and implemented structured test plans for various design phases, ensuring robust validation workflows- Created automated testing tools for end-of-line validation, increasing efficiency and consistency in testing operations- Defined and implemented safety protocols, performing risk assessments and developing procedures for test environments and rigs- Supporting vehicle testing activities, including road load data collection, prototype evaluations, and defining durability test plans.
