Been involved in the Retail Design Agency and Manufacturing as well as the POS/POP sector for around 26 years at a senior level, skills range from Commercial and Finance duties to sourcing manufacturing(supply chain) to over a multitude of European manufacturing plants Globally (mostly European and APAC regions), exporting and delivery at a board level. Throughout my career one thing has become apparent: whilst design plays a critical role, return on investment is becoming increasingly important in this ever pressurised market, I am strategically, operationally and commercially aware of how to deliver this on any given project also look at new opportunities to increase revenue and profit. The main challenge is to produce high quality deliverables to a better than set budget, while expanding creativity and interweaving the brand proposition.
