IT delivery and systems integration manager with experience across enterprise, logistics, and AI-driven retail environments. My background spans hands-on technical delivery through to regional responsibility for on-site deployments, integrations, and operational support across EMEA.I’ve led the delivery of complex, business-critical technology in high-availability settings, including Amazon fulfilment centres, Just Walk Out stores, and frictionless retail deployments. This has involved coordinating multi-site rollouts, managing third-party systems integrators and contractors, and working closely with global engineering, network, and operations teams to deliver against defined plans and timelines.Alongside delivery, I bring a strong operational and people-management focus. I’ve managed and mentored technical teams, stepped into IT management roles during periods of change, and maintained service continuity in demanding environments, including during the COVID-19 pandemic. I value clear ownership, structured delivery, and calm decision-making, particularly when teams are under pressure.I’m motivated by roles where technology is deployed at scale, used by real people, and expected to work reliably day in, day out. I take pride in building trust with stakeholders, creating inclusive and effective teams, and translating complex technical requirements into practical, well-governed solutions that support the business.
