ABOUT SIMON RAWLINGS
For the last 15 years (and counting) I’ve worked with HR professionals and senior leaders helping to optimise their approach to wellbeing and mental health in the workplace. I’m analytical, data-driven, and consultative. I work closely with my clients to understand their unique challenges, and create effective, tailored and impactful solutions. I’m proud to have worked with some of the biggest brands in the world and to have built long standing relationships across a range of sectors and countries.
