Programme management support for HSBC’s Banking as a Service (BaaS) product launched in October 2022 with their first partner Oracle NetSuite. HSBC and Oracle NetSuite have launched a solution that embeds banking services into a cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The solution enables organisations to improve profitability by making it easier to process invoices and pay vendors, all from within NetSuite. As a result, customers can better control outgoing cash flows and scale end-to-end account payable (AP) processes.Provided management of overall programme planning, tracking, risks/issues (business and IT).Managed integration of NetSuite/HSBC case management capability to provide seamless experience for end customers.
