Currently working on the Alba Northern platform where I’m part of a team responsible for the running and upkeep of all process operations. I’m involved in all aspects of production which include 3 phase separation, gas compression, water injection, gas lift optimisation, hydrocyclones, leak/pressure testing, isolations, Pigging operations plus more. Because of the age of the platform all well chokes are manually optimised and manual separator interfaces are required to allow the CCR to keep the oil/water interface levels correct. Because of my ambitious personality and my determination to be the best I can be I have paid for and completed the City & Guilds level 3 in Petroleum process technology(POL’s). I then completed my SVQ in Processing operations & hydrocarbons.(SCQF LVL 7) and I am currently self funding a HNC in process Engineering.
