I am an experienced and adaptable Quality Assurance professional with a diverse testing background encompassing various e-commerce and retail industries, such as banking, publishing, pharmaceuticals, travel and tourism, clothing, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), as well as experience in other sectors like education and local government.I have extensive experience in test execution and management activities throughout the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including requirements analysis, test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management.I have a strong track record in testing and optimizing the performance of warehouse management systems (WMS) and warehouse control systems (WCS). Through my experience, I am able to identify and resolve complex issues related to WMS and WCS, by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions that ensure the systems perform optimally.I am skilled in integration testing and testing different types of data messages, creating and editing data to inject into test environments using different test tools which allows me to efficient and independently test the integration of multiple systems, including third-party applications and APIs, to ensure smooth communication and interoperability.I have managed testing teams both on and offshore.
