Current role with NSK Europe Ltd, leading Projects across all European manufacturing sites (UK, Germany & Poland):• Management of Large-scale projects (Financial Impact > £2M) across Business Units & European Plants• Project managed the Introduction of the J-Line Product range (Annual Sales circa €3M Globally) – Led a multi-disciplined team covering third party Chinese procurement, technical product approval, manufacturing lines installation, Development of marketing & sales plan & KPI reporting to senior management.• Led NSK Europe’s Covid-19 response on the implementation of protective measures. This involved the creation of a PPE central supply chain along with the introduction of measures such as employee digital temperature monitoring, large scale on-site testing facilities & digital track & trace systems within our European plants. • Project managed the transfer of MCB lines from our UK Peterlee Plant to our sister plants in Poland and to NSK India. This included machine decommissioning, removal & logistics transfer. • Project managed the closure of our NSK Steering systems plant in the UK. This included the ramp down and EOP of the Fiat Ducato business, transfer of MS gear operations to Poland & a complete site refurb for warehouse storage.
