Passionate, engaging and successful people leader and coach with a wealth of experience within regulated advice; sales management and adviser roles; first and second line supervision; project management and T&C, both from a supervision and strategy perspective.My passion is people and developing people to become the best possible version of themselves. My success is driven and based upon the success of those I work with.I am currently working as a Head of T&C for a dynamic, growing start up that is on a mission to disrupt the way in which financial planning is delivered! This role comprises of recruiting, training and onboarding advisers and growing ensuring that they are delivering advice in the right way to clients.Prior to this I looked after the South East region of a large wealth manager, 35 Financial Planners across the South East. In addition to this I was responsible for the following:New adviser training program;Specialist authorisation framework;Integration of Acquisitions;Recruitment and mentoring of new T&C SupervisorsPreviously I have worked as a Regional T&C Manager (Capability Development Manager) within the banking environment dealing with change and embedding of the T&C Framework, having previously demonstrated success in Sales Management, Change/ Project Management, Regulated Advice, leading teams of people to success, putting the customer first in order to deliver the best possible customer outcomes and in turn delivering outstanding commercial results.Always happy to consider future opportunities and share my knowledge and experience.
