I help organisations build professional coaching capability, and specifically internal coaching capability that changes how people lead, grow, and perform for an AI dominated world — at every level, from early-career talent to senior executive.With over 30 years in the medical device sector — including senior commercial and sales leadership roles — I understand what it means to operate at pace inside complex, matrixed, global organisations. My commercial grounding shapes everything I do as a coach: I work in the real world of targets, transformation, and tension, not beside it.A significant personal and professional inflection point led me to pursue a Masters in Coaching and Behavioural Change (MSc, Distinction — Henley Business School), an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation, and a postgraduate certificate in Coaching Supervision. My MSc research explored the relationship between internal coaching training and leadership behavioral change — giving me a research-grounded perspective on why internal coaching programs succeed and fuel a ripple impact to culture, team performance and tangible return for business performance. As Global Head of Coaching at Medtronic, I co-designed and scaled an enterprise-wide internal coaching function — embedding coaching culture, building coach networks, creating governance frameworks, and making professional-grade coaching accessible to thousands of employees across multiple geographies.
