ABOUT CARRIE GREEN

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Medtronic, one of the world\'s leading medical technology and solutions companies, I am responsible for supporting the hiring needs of various functions and divisions across the organization. I have over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, candidate experience, employer brand, process improvement, and OFCCP compliance. In my current and previous roles, I have successfully sourced, screened, and hired candidates for a wide range of positions, including clinical affairs, supply chain, manufacturing, skilled trades, customer service, administrative support, project management, procurement, planning, human resources, business leaders, facilities, environmental health and safety, logistics, faculty, information technology, and sales. I have also implemented and enhanced recruitment strategies and practices to attract and retain top talent, improve candidate experience, and strengthen employer brand. I am passionate about building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working collaboratively with my team and other departments, and taking on new challenges.
