ABOUT SIMON BULLOCK

I am a partner in Ashurst\'s corporate practice in London with a particular focus on advising underwriters, issuers and investment funds on a range of equity capital markets transactions including IPOs, rights issues and equity placings.Since joining Ashurst, I have spent time on secondment to the ECM and M&A Advisory team at RBS and Ashurst\'s corporate team in Madrid. Some of the significant equity capital markets transactions I have recently advised on include the £1.1bn IPO of Countryside Properties, the $1.23bn IPO of Riverstone Energy and the £1.1bn rights issue of Babcock (to fund the acquisition of Avincis).
