ABOUT SIMON BAKER
I am an Associate Director at Willmore Iles, with an excellent record of delivering high quality projects from inception to completion. I am experienced in commercial architecture and have worked within several sectors including Student Residential, Residential, Retail, and Education.Over the last ten years I have delivered a variety of purpose-built student accommodation schemes across the country and most recently led on the refurbishment element of our award winning Pritchatts Park Student Village scheme for the University of Birmingham. As part of my Associate Director role I lead on our business development strategy to ensure we continue to be a sustainable business and maintain key client relationships. Professional Interests:I have a particular interest in concept design and early stage dialogue with clients, to establish their project goals and aspirations and the successful implementation of projects when these aspirations come to life. I like nothing more than helping a client solve a problem, even before they know they have one!
