Willmore Iles is an architectural practice specialising in high quality student accommodation and large residential schemes. We are an RIBA chartered architectural practice based in Bristol and working on projects throughout the UK. I am a fully qualified Architect with over 18 Years experience in delivering major Student Accommodation Projects with University, Accommodation Provider and Contractor Partnerships. Our clients are Commercial Directors, Property Investors and Bid Managers responsible for large, complex student accommodation and residential schemes. Our team understands the commercial issues for institutionally funded development. Together we develop schemes that meet strategic goals and deliver more for less.Our expert knowledge of the student accommodation market, our passion for great design and our long experience makes us strong partners throughout the delivery process. Design is only a fraction of our work. Supporting and advising through the planning stages, presenting the scheme to multiple stakeholders, responding quickly to queries and adapting to fit changing priorities and demands means our clients rely on us to help drive their projects through to fruition. We advocate the success of this partnership approach. The success of this is borne out by the fact that 85% of our business comes from repeat clients.
