At EOS, a pioneering technology provider in 3D Printing, I have the privilege of leading the charge in Strategic Design, focusing on projects and responsibilities that drive impactful transformation across our organization. With a dedication to enhancing Customer Experience (CX) and User Experience (UX), I am committed to creating a seamless and customer-centric future for EOS. Driving CX Improvement Introducing a clear CX strategy to align the organization\'s vision instilling a shared commitment to customer-centricity. Improving our customer centricity by installing new global metrics, enhancing customer research practises and creating a range of tools for managing customer insights across a highly segmented market, empowering teams across the organisation to make customer-centric decisions. Assessing and identifying gaps in the current CX to prioritise initiatives and design sprints, working with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Consulting and Service to design and implement solutions enhancing customer experience. Improving Digital Touchpoints Leading efforts to revamp the UX of digital touchpoints such as our online store, global website, training and digital service interfaces, as well as internal tools and channels to align with the evolving needs of our customers and employee community. Product Development Sitting on the Product Marketing team, responsible for ensuring customer centric product development as well as a successful go-to-market for our core products. Strategy & Management Managing a core team of 3 with an extended set of external contributors. Contributing to the strategic plans of the upper management, sitting on the executive leadership team to help guide EOS\'s business, digital and cultural transformation journey.
