Supporting K.I.T. Group France in the development of the 26th International Congress on Irrigation and Drainage. I lead the strategic communications and media relations components of the event- Strategic communications planning: Identified key messages per target audience, and defined strategic goals including visibility, engagement, and promotion of the congress themes- Editorial and visual content design: Drafted key messages and content across digital (social media, web, email campaigns) and print/event communication (speeches, visual briefs, video production)- Media relations and outreach strategy: Press engagement strategy; trained internal team on press release writing and media outreach; coordinated journalist outreach, interviews, and media partnerships- Timeline and execution planning: Designed a detailed communication calendar and retro-planning for project roll-out- Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E): Co-developed KPIs to measure visibility, engagement, and strategic communication impact- Institutional positioning: Advised on public representation and messaging alignment among key institutional stakeholders (EAT, ICID)- Support to publications and events: Reviewed and adapted existing promotional materials and provided input on formats for promotional events.
