Overseeing daily project tasks, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.• To ensure that the Project and contractual requirements along with documentation are fulfilled.• To visit & review the overall operations of the projects & report to management & take approvals.• To overlook into the performance of vendors, to ensure that customers’ requirements are met or to conduct periodic review of the vendors to assess their performances• Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.• Planning, evaluating, and optimizing project operations to be efficient and cost-effective.• Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.• Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual project analyses reports of projects to management.• Constantly analyse performance of Projects, quickly identify issues, and develop solutions. Ensure all relevant SOPs and WOs are adhered in assigned project & operations.• Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.• To review the safety issues and tolling equipment performance.• To sense the local problems, asses / audit on pilferages / damage and resolve the issues.• To ensure implementation of electronic toll collection system at the Toll Plazas and day-to-day Liaison with all concerned for civil works and system integration to ensure smooth implementation, Stabilization and Optimization of the Operations. To ensure commissioning & implement the tolling procedures.• To Coordinate with equipment supplier for smooth implementation of all the above.• To lead and resolve employees issues, complaint & attend crisis management for proper resolution.
