ABOUT SIERRA LYLE
Currently, I am a Project Manager at Maersk where I am focused on organizational and performance projects. I have experience and education in workforce management, people analytics, and leadership development – most notably by earning a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from UGA. During my time at Maersk, I have also found success as a Transformation Manager, L&D Coordinator, and Inland Delivery Specialist. Prior to my entry into supply chain, I entered the retail industry where I was able to gain experience in managing a team, creating and deploying store strategy, and operational performance. This included holding team members accountable to their performance, partnering with human resources to ensure top talent is retained and proactively communicating to resolve unplanned issues. I am passionate about workplace experience and productivity in conjunction with supply chain management. My approach to work is rooted in adaptability, collaboration, and strategy.
