Disability Education Support Officer | Department for Education. I hold bachelor degrees in Disability Studies, Developmental Education, and Community Inclusion from Flinders University. My career journey has spanned direct support work, case management, NDIS support coordination, and Positive Behaviour Support therapy. I have also managed teams in Outside School Hours Care, embedding proactive learning strategies and fostering safe, structured environments for children. In my new role as a Disability Education Support Officer, I support students with disabilities in the classroom, to ensure they receive access, inclusion, and tailored learning adjustments. I collaborate with educators, families, and allied health professionals to ensure every student is empowered to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.🤍 I am passionate about creating inclusive learning environments that honor the strengths and diverse needs of each child.
