I manage projects that cover both client implementations and internal initiatives. My focus is on defining scope, planning resources, and ensuring compliance while coordinating teams and delivering results on time. In my role I also handle business continuity planning, internal audits, and support for organizational standards and procedures.Responsibilities- Define project scope, plan initiatives, and allocate resources across multi-country operations- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements- Collaborated with executive leadership and global/regional teams, as well as Privacy, Security, IT, Network, Training, and Quality departments to ensure compliance, secure delivery, and adoption of new processes- Manage risk, change, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining operational resilience- Conduct regular ISO 45001:2018 internal audits and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for client and internal projects- Administer the internal procedures and regulations database, supporting adoption across departments- Ensure on-time delivery of all project milestones, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.Selected Achievements & Projects- Delivered large-scale client implementations, including programs with 200+ employees across 14 languages and multi-channel support- Successfully managed the SAP → Dynamics 365 migration, introducing automated invoice workflows- Rolled out global Operational Standards in Operations, Quality, and Workforce Management (WFM)- Coordinated major client transitions such as the migration to client-owned Genesys environments- Designed and executed multi-site Business Continuity Plans, ensuring readiness for crisis scenarios.For a full overview of my portfolio, please visit the Projects section of my profile.
