Help corporates to automate their Account receivables- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of implementation projects from start to finish- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules, ensuring resource allocation and task prioritization- Stakeholder Management, act as the primary point of contact between the client, internal teams, and other stakeholders during the implementation phase- Lead and manage the implementation team, ensuring they are aligned with the project objectives and timelines- Assign responsibilities, manage workload distribution, and provide guidance and support to team members- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and completion- Ensure the appropriate allocation of resources based on project requirements- Oversee the day-to-day activities of project implementation, ensuring that tasks are completed as per the plan- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or roadblocks that arise during the implementation process- Oversee the transition to post-implementation support, ensuring smooth handoff to customer support teams- Track and resolve any post-implementation issues or concerns- Ensure smooth onboarding for new customers, guiding them through initial setup and usage- Provide training resources, demonstrations, and support to help customers get the most out of the product - Address customer concerns, issues, or technical problems promptly, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve them- Experience in working on tools like Jira, Talisma & Freshdesk.
