ABOUT SID WEBB

Canadian with over thirty years experience in the oil and gas industry working all over the world on projects both onshore and offshore, most recently Deep Water Newfoundland. Experience includes drilling, completions, facilities, production, and asset management. Referred to as a senior manager with excellent leadership qualities, performance driven and motivated to deliver projects safely, on time and on budget. Known among work collegues for strong work ethic, honesty, willingness to work in diverse cultural environments, while managing and conducting business with a high level of integrity. Experience in Canada, USA, West Africa, UK and Dutch North Sea, Middle East (Yemen and Oman), Offshore China, Brasil (Deepwater and Onshore), Pakistan (onshore), Colombia and Peru (onshore remote heli operations) and Argentina. Major projects worked on include Buzzard Development in North Sea (platform producers and subsea water injection) with Nexen, Sable Island Offshore Development in Nova Scotia (HPHT Natural Gas Development), Deep Panuke Exploration and Appraisal (Nova Scotia), Moqueta Field Development in Colombia (Heli operations) and Bretana Field Development in environmentally sensitive area of Maranon Basin in Peru (heavy oil pad development, helicopter operations and barge transport of crude). Deep water exploration experience in Newfoundland, Benin, West Africa, and Brasil. Professional Petroleum Engineer graduated from University of Alberta. Completed Post Graduate Diploma in Asset Integrity Managment with distinction from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland and partial completion of MSc in Subsea Engineering. Also completed the Executive Business Program at Ivey School of Business at Western University in Canada.
