As a sales engineer at Dialpad, I help businesses communicate and collaborate more effectively with cloud-based business communication systems. With over nine years of experience in the telecommunications industry, I have developed strong problem solving and project planning skills that enable me to design and implement customised solutions that meet the customer\'s technical needs and expectations.In my current role, I work closely with sales representatives, prospects, and customers to demonstrate the value and benefits of Dialpad\'s products and services, and to address their challenges and questions. I also provide feedback and insights to the product and engineering teams to improve the product features and functionality. Previously, I managed multiple projects and led a technical support team at TelcoSwitch, a UK-based VoIP and unified communications platform. I am passionate about telecommunications and how it can transform the way businesses communicate and collaborate. I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices, and to share my knowledge and expertise with others.
