Presently, I lead the Alexa Presentation Language QA org that powers the rich UI experience across Alexa devices.I had the privilege to build and lead the QA organization for Brightwheel, by creating a vision for Quality across multiple platforms (Mobile/Web/feature teams), helping Product teams to build a great CX for customers.I led the Quality Assurance team for the Amazon Photos and Alexa Accessories teams - Echo buds, Echo frames, Echo auto, 3P Alexa integration, Location Services and Alexa Fitness programs at Amazon. I have been into Quality Assurance program for 10 years and 4+ years managing the team on various mobile apps for iOS/Android, Fire TV and Echo show devices. My specialization includes growing ICs to leaders, building test strategies, Technical program management, building team vision and goals, creating robust automation strategies and reviewing product/CX designs with product management teams.I love to help upscale the quality of products before it reaches to customer\'s hand.
