I build and scale companies.Over the past decade, I’ve focused on one thing: growth, building systems, hiring the right people, and turning small teams into real revenue engines.Today, I’m the Founder & CEO of Hard Hat Helpers, where we help home service companies scale by placing and managing high-level remote staff. We don’t just fill roles, we build infrastructure that lets owners step out of chaos and into control.Previously, I served as VP of Sales at a virtual staffing startup, where I helped scale ARR from $800K to $4M in one year.
