Hello! My name is Shubhecchha Dhaurali, and I’m a compassionate, equity-centered leader with a passion for advancing health and social justice through research and data. Based in Boston, MA, I approach my work with kindness, care, and a collaborative spirit—building mentoring relationships and sustainable research initiatives that address structural inequities. I am especially passionate about data analysis, creative problem-solving, and amplifying the voices of marginalized communities. Rooted in a commitment to justice and inclusion, I strive to unite research, advocacy, and community engagement to drive meaningful, lasting change. I bring over five years of experience in community-driven research, program development, and strategic leadership across non-profit, academic, and public sectors.
