I\'m an MBA student at Boston University, with a strong foundation in transforming ideas into tangible outcomes in the tech and business sectors. My career spans over 6 years of program/product management experience, during which I\'ve led multiple projects from inception to completion, driving revenue growth and enhancing operational efficiency. This journey has not only honed my strategic planning and execution skills but also highlighted the importance of resilience, innovative solution-finding, and quickly adjusting to changing environments.At FabHotels, my contribution was pivotal in the company\'s growth from an early-stage startup to a Series C-funded enterprise. I advanced from an Analyst to an Assistant Vice President, collaborating closely with the founders. My role extended beyond program/product management to inspiring teams, nurturing a culture of innovation, and addressing challenges directly with forward-thinking strategies.During my time at FabHotels, I managed P&L, spearheaded growth initiatives, and led teams of 50-200 across business, technology, design, and operations. I led the creation and Go-to-Market strategy of a travel and expense management SaaS product, securing over 500 clients and generating $1.5M in monthly revenue within 6 months of launch. These efforts demonstrated the power of team collaboration and the necessity of being versatile in the face of uncertainty.I\'ve played a crucial role in the early stages of product development, bringing concepts to market, and scaling them into successful businesses. My strategic actions expanded FabHotel\'s B2B travel services to over 50 cities, directly contributing to an $8M increase in annual revenue.
