With over 5+ years of work experience in risk management and internal audit, I am passionate about helping businesses achieve their goals while minimizing risks and losses. I have expertise in designing and implementing risk and internal audit plans and programs, conducting risk assessments and internal audits, and identifying and resolving issues. I am currently the Internal Audit Manager at Groww, India\'s fastest-growing fintech platform, where I support the business team in building scalable processes and controls.In my previous role as Assistant Manager - Risk Management and Internal Audit at Livspace, I was the Internal Audit Lead of Livspace India, Singapore, and Malaysia. I successfully planned and executed internal audits for various business processes, such as runner onboarding, merchant onboarding, runner pay-outs, revenue, and finance and accounts. I also demonstrated discretion in coordinating project scoping and prioritization to align with business objectives. I leveraged my skills in financial risk management, internal audits, and strategy to bring several high-rated observations and significant improvement opportunities, for which I received a Client Appreciation award from the Engagement Director.
