Managing end-to-end processing of mutual fund transactions, ensuring successful execution of both lumpsum investments and Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs) for one of India\'s fastest-growing investment platforms.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee transaction lifecycle monitoring to ensure seamless payment processing and timely refunds for mutual fund orders• Collaborate with diverse financial stakeholders including payment aggregators, stock exchanges, banks, Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTAs), and Asset Management Companies (AMCs) across Indian markets• Leverage advanced Excel functions and formulas to prepare, analyze, and optimize operational data• Maintain strong relationships with AMCs, RTAs, exchanges, and third-party partners through regular communication and comprehensive reporting• Respond to inquiries from clients, financial advisors, and portfolio managers, providing informed insights on investment opportunities• Stay current with evolving industry regulations and compliance requirements governing mutual funds• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in operations, sales, and marketing to support mutual fund initiatives and deliver integrated client solutions• Contribute to product development and enhancement projects to improve platform functionality and user experience​
