A Chartered Accountant qualified in November 2023. Pursued articleship from Kalani & Company, a 70 year old leading CA firm in Jaipur with more than 20 partners and presence across 7 cities including New Delhi and Mumbai. Good exposure in Auditing, Taxation, Management, Business & Risk Consulting. Performed Statutory Audit of a carpet manufacturing company having turnover exceeding 250 crores and 15+ tax audits across different sectors like printing press, garments, jewellery, etc. Conducted Internal Audit of CPD, Finance, Mines & Stores department of a listed manufacturing company engaged in cement production having turnover exceeding 8500 crores. Advised the management on variety of spheres like implementation of SAP Ariba Discovery, Customizable Search Criteria, formulation of policy for Shop Floor Stock and revision of mining contracts to avoid unnecessary financial obligations. In so far as Direct Tax is concerned, I have prepared over 750 submissions in response to assessment and penalty notices. Advised on applicability of TDS provisions, Old vs New Regime of Taxation, harnessing tax savings through tax planning opportunities like deduction u/s 80JJAA and formation of HUF/private trusts.Never afraid of dreaming big in life.
