Support or lead portions of department meetings; organize and lead section meetings.• Interpret and establish policies, procedures, and strategic goals of the organization. • Determine departmental objectives and requirements, organize projects and develop standards and guidelines. • Recommend changes in the data and integration team and/or the Enterprise Applications Department structure and organization to achieve the objectives assigned to them.• Provide administrative, supervisory and technical direction for data and integration Section personnel.• Set quality review assignments and perform quality reviews for all analytics and integration related projects. • Establish or review budgets and schedules for integration, analytics, and other related technology proposals.• Provide guidance to lead integration and analytics engineers relative to set-up and structure of staffing and execution approach on projects including interface with other disciplines. • Serve as the technical advisor and provide senior-level input and evaluation of data analytics, integration, and other related technologies.• Serve as project manager for data, integration, and analytics project development and project definition efforts.• Assign work and review the system integration and analytics staff performance to ensure quality and efficient, cost-effective utilization of staff.• Recruitment, development, training and retention of the data, integration, and analytics personnel.• Act as a coordinator / liaison with other global practices and regional offices on activities related to data, integration, and analytics project technical development. • Provide administrative, supervisory and technical direction for Team Members assigned to the Data, Integration, and Analytics Section.• Lead the design of database queries, triggers, procedures, and functions for reporting and data analytics using Oracle, SQL Server, and Informatica.
