Supervise a team of 3 developers that include (SharePoint Admin/Developer Level 1, SharePoint Developer Level 2, Lotus Xpages Developer Level 1).• Create and manage project objectives, strategies, deadlines, project reviews, team training and performance reviews.• Manage project scope using the SDLC model including; project inception, design, implementation, user training, user adoption and support. • Integrate applications with current ERP system (Viewpoint) using Microsoft SSIS, Nintex Workflow, C# and Java.• Automate data flow between custom applications Time Reporting, Onboarding and Terminations, Expense Reports, and Purchase Order system with Viewpoint ERP system.• Build integration between ADP and Viewpoint ERP system using Microsoft SSIS.• Produce drill down reports and dashboards for custom Safety Reporting applications, custom Sales Applications, and Accounting and HR information from Viewpoint ERP.• Design and development of applications that update SharePoint lists from Salesforce CRM• Update employee terminations and new hires in Active Directory and Viewpoint.• Hands on creation of mobile applications using Appcelerator Studio that syncs information with SharePoint lists for iOS and Android.
