ABOUT SHRUTI SATYAM

As a BBA student at BBAU, I am passionate about learning and applying the principles and practices of business administration, management, and operations. I have completed multiple online courses on Advance Excel, Internship and Job Preparation, and Business Analysis, which have helped me develop and enhance my skills in data analysis, customer service, and sales.I have also gained hands-on experience in various domains and sectors through my internships and part-time work. As an HR intern at Marpu Foundation, an NGO that works for the empowerment of marginalized communities, I assisted in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of the staff and volunteers. As a Campus Executive at E-Cell IIT Bombay, I organized and managed college events, such as the International Science and Congress Conference during the G2 Summit, and promoted the entrepreneurial culture and opportunities among the students. As a Marketing Researcher at Master Buddy, an online education platform, I conducted surveys, interviews, and analysis to understand the needs and preferences of the potential customers and provide feedback and recommendations to the product team. As a part-time IBO at Biz Vidhyalaya, an online business education portal, I marketed and sold the courses and services to the target audience and generated leads and referrals.My goal is to become a successful and impactful business analyst who can leverage my skills and experiences to provide valuable insights and solutions to the clients and stakeholders. I am eager to learn from the experts and mentors in the industry and to explore new challenges and opportunities that can help me grow and contribute as a professional.
